I am an educated Breathwork instructor, based in Stockholm, with roots in the south woods of Sweden, Småland. I have always been seeking for ways and tools to stay mindful and at peace, especially in today's often stressful environments and demanding everyday life. Some years ago I explored Breathwork, a game changer!
I decided to educate myself to become a certified instructor in order to be able share the power of Breathwork with other people. I want to help other to achieve connection and peace within themself through Breathwork.
Breathwork is a tool for mindfulness and connecting with your inner self, relieving stress and emotions, increasing self awareness and clarity, processing thoughts and life events, enhancing presence and creativity, just to name some benefits you might will experience from Breathwork.
Breathwork is to become aware of how you breathe and to consciously controlling your breath in different patterns. When doing Breathwork, we regulate the nervous system. We can activate both the sympathetic and the parasympathetic, with help of different techniques, depending on what state we want to achieve.
I am blessed to be able to share the power and benefits of Breathwork in structured sessions, digital or in person.
